A 12 floor upscale hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Advantage was brought in as the lead for mold remediation on the project. Advantage showed expertise, project management skills, and flexibility on the project. Its scope was expanded to include water intrusion, ancillary demolition work and HVAC cleaning and purification.
