When most people think of “disasters” they think about natural disasters like hurricanes, fires, tornadoes, and earthquakes. While these certainly do significant damage, they are less common. Advantage has the ability to restore and remediate the effects of these disasters regardless of the project size, but “Man-Made” disaster events are more common in the everyday world.
Everyday man-made disasters are simpler in nature and include things like water leaks from an overflowing toilet, a leaky pipe that caused mold growth in a break area, or a small fire from a faulty appliance. These smaller “man-made disasters” still do sizable damage to a property and require immediate attention in order to minimize restoration costs and make the building fully operational again quickly. |

| A 12 floor upscale hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Advantage was brought in as the lead for mold remediation on the project. Advantage showed expertise, project management skills, and flexibility on the project. Its scope was expanded to include water intrusion, ancillary demolition work and HVAC cleaning and purification. Through efficient, well-trained personnel Advantage reduced the expected work time on each floor from one week to 3 days. The hotel was so pleased it is implementing the Breathe Pure Advantage program. |
